Both positions are for independent contractors.

To what concern the Live Operator roles, it is clear that Voicelog expects you to live in the USA:

Do I have to live in the United States to be a Live Operator?

Yes, you have to live in the United States to be a Live Operator. We are not currently accepting applications from anyone living outside of the United States.

I am not sure what entails being a verification agent, instead as there is not FAQ page for this. However, their application page expects you to enter a USA state…uhm…

If you wonder what a verification agent is, Voicelog explains:

As a Verification Agent, you will listen to recordings of sales calls to determine if the sale is valid or if there is evidence of sales fraud or undue customer confusion.

The Needed languages are: Arabic, Armenian, Bosnian, Cantonese, Chinese, Farsi, German, Indonesian, Korean, Mandarin, Persian, Polish, Somalia, Russian,Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese or Yugoslavian

Anyhow, I have written them asking  confirmation of the above and if they can recommend me to any other company which hires outside the USA (as usual) and await for their reply.
